How We Are Paid

As Independent Financial Advisers we make every effort to demonstrate to our clients our genuine impartiality – including the way in which we are paid. 

We are advisers not salespeople, so our clients choose how the cost of our advice can be met - either by a pre-determined fee, commission (if generated as a result of our advice) or a combination of the two.

For mortgages we charge a fee for standard mortgage advice of typically £299 and will receive commission on average of 0.35% of the loan amount.
